The hotel offers spacious rooms, though they could be a little cleaner. The rooms are nice and really big, especially for a downtown hotel. However, they are right next to the kitchen where breakfast is placed, leading to early morning noise. The service was exceptional, providing essential toiletries and being friendly and helpful. The location is good, right next to Capitol Hill, despite being a bit further away from 16th street. Dining was enjoyable, though more options like fruit would have been appreciated. The hotel has nice facilities, though breakfast noise may disrupt the morning peace.

The hotel had mixed experiences with somewhat clean rooms but lack of appeal initially that improved over time. The service was exceptional, surpassing expectations, despite the boasting about its rating. The location was central and convenient for exploring the downtown area. Dining offered a great variety but was slightly grim. The facilities were satisfying, meeting the basic needs.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and had a big bathroom, but unfortunately, the room smelled like smoke from previous guests, and the noise from outside was quite bothersome throughout the night. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the downtown area and many attractions, although it was listed incorrectly on Google Maps. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our needs, even though the staff wasn't well-informed about some local services. The dining experience was a highlight, with a variety of options and a free 24-hour coffee service. However, the facilities could have been better, especially regarding noise isolation and cleanliness.
